1. Station Ownership & Founders

Vikentis Radio has been co-founded and is jointly owned by:

• Valko Rath
• Friztian Acac dela Cruz
• Auri
• Chiedi

All founders share collective ownership of the station and its brand assets as a vital subdepartment of Vikentis Design.

2. Music Submissions, Copyright & Licensing

• Artist Ownership & Rights: All audio files and tracks sent to us via email remain the sole intellectual property of the respective artists.
• Vikentis Design and Vikentis Radio assume no liability for submitted material, and submitters warrant that they hold all necessary rights and permissions to the music provided.
• Broadcasting License: By submitting files to us, artists grant Vikentis Radio full freedom and permission to broadcast and play their music on our station.
• Opt-Out / Take-Down Policy: If an artist or copyright holder decides they no longer want their music played on Vikentis Radio, they can request a removal at any time by sending an email to info@vikentisradio.com, and we will promptly take it down.

3. Visual Assets, Photography & DJ Rights

• Website Photography: All pictures and visual assets featured across the website and promotional materials are the exclusive property of Vikentis Radio and Vikentis Design.
• DJ Partnerships: Our resident DJs are professionals who have explicitly granted Vikentis Radio permission to use their likeness, promotional photographs, and social media handles for station branding and programming.

The personal data we collect falls into two main categories:
